I was recommended to Allen for math tutoring by a friend on Facebook. We worked together four sessions and I ended up getting an 83% in my college algebra class. He explains things so clearly that learning the material was practically effortless. He saved me hours of time and frustration since this was an online course with no teacher.

Returned to college and had to re-take College Algebra. I mistakenly took a self guided course and was spending over 25 hours per week on the homework. I hired Allen to to tutor me and now only spend 1-2 hours outside of our lessons (I see him 1-2 times per week). He is EXCELLENT, patient, trustworthy and very good at helping me understand my assignments. I would have dropped the course if not for him. I would not hesitate in recommending his services!

My son is a dual sport athlete and finding available time to get his SAT prep in around a demanding schedule was near impossible till we found Allen. Allen worked around his schedule, between school and practices. He came to our house, was professional, prompt and cared about his success, not only on the SAT's but his school work. Allen offered to have him call should he have issue with his chemistry or Calculus homework. Allen showed him techniques that would assist in increasing his SAT score. He worked with my son about 3 or 4 sessions and he had an increase in his overall score of 210 points. I found Allen on Thumbtack and was a little skeptical and leary at first having someone come to our home, but Allen's professionalism and results speak for themselves.
